O meglio, esiste una sola regola: <strong>TESTARE</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A questo punto ti chiedi che senso abbia questo articolo. In realtà un senso ce l&#8217;ha, perché dopo oltre 10 anni nel Search Marketing penso di aver testato talmente tanti annunci che potrei scriverci un libro! Qualche trucco del mestiere può sempre fare comodo&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ho cercato di riassumere tutti i suggerimenti in 5 semplici passaggi:</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">1) Prepara la tua strategia</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Prima di iniziare a scrivere gli annunci per la tua campagna devi avere in mente la tua strategia. Devi definire ed evidenziare la tua &#8220;<strong>Unique Selling Proposition</strong>&#8221; (ovvero la tua proposizione di vendita che ti differenzia dai competitor). Per esempio, offri la spedizione gratuita? Hai un prezzo imbattibile? Il tuo prodotto e&#8217; il migliore?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Ricordati che il contenuto dell&#8217;annuncio e&#8217; il ponte tra il motore di ricerca e il tuo sito.<span id="more-465"></span></em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Definisci sin da subito cosa vuoi che l&#8217;utente faccia sul sito. Ti servirà per creare le call to action.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Una volta fatto questo, studia gli annunci dei tuoi competitor. Cerca di predere spunti, senza copiare, ovviamente!</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">2) Testa il più possibile</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">E&#8217; una regola semplice ma purtroppo non viene quasi mai rispettata. Mi capita spesso di prendere in gestione campagne pubblicitarie su Adwords precedentemente gestite da altri colleghi, con gruppi di annunci formati da un solo annuncio. <strong>E&#8217; un errore banale quanto controproducente perché testare più annunci ti permetterebbe di migliorare costantemente la tua campagna</strong>. Quanto avrebbe pagato un pubblicitario degli anni 60 per avere la possibilità di testare l&#8217;efficienza di vari annunci pubblicitari in così poco tempo e senza spendere di più? <strong>Quasi sempre troverai delle differenze di performance enormi tra un annuncio e un altro. Non testando si perderebbero delle opportunità non indifferenti!</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A secondo della portata di traffico della tua campagna puoi decidere di <strong>testare dai 2 ai 5 annunci per volta</strong>, ma mai lasciare la campagna con un solo annuncio attivo, anche se pensi di aver trovato l&#8217;annuncio perfetto. Non avrebbe senso, anche perché Adwords e&#8217; settato di default per mostrare con maggiore frequenza l&#8217;annuncio che performa meglio.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">3) Gli annunci sono rivolti a persone! Stimola le loro emozioni</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Qui si parla di comunicazione pubblicitaria tradizionale, nulla di nuovo in realtà. Nonostante ciò ho notato che molti miei colleghi non tengono in considerazione il fattore emotivo, forse perché non hanno un background di marketing.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ci sono <strong>4 tipologie di emozioni da sfruttare nella pubblicità tradizionale così come in quella digitale</strong>. Queste sono: <strong>Paura, Desiderio, Vanità e Esclusività.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dove possibile, testa 4 annunci, uno per ogni emozione da stimolare. Ecco qualche esempio:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Paura:</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Paura di bagnarti?<br />
Compra un ombrello Pimpo,<br />
Può salvare il tuo vestito nuovo!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Desiderio:</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">L&#8217;ombrello dei tuoi sogni<br />
Elegante, leggero e indistruttibile.<br />
Solo oggi 20% di sconto!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Vanità:</strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Ovviamente, non sempre si può costruire degli annunci stimolando tutte e 4 le emozioni elencate. Utilizza quelle più idonee e testa quella che funziona meglio.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">4) Call to action &#8211; cosa vuoi che faccia l&#8217;utente? Diglielo.</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In marketing si chiama &#8220;<strong>call to action</strong>&#8220;. E&#8217; molto importante usare i call to action nei propri annunci. Aiuta ad aumentare il <strong>click through rate</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Esempi di call to action: <strong>ordina ora, prenota ora, scarica la tua brochure gratis! etc.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Gli annunci aggressivi solitamente funzionano meglio, ma testa il più possibile e non dare nulla per scontato.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">5) Grassetto e enfasi</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Questo suggerimento è valido solo per le campagne di Search Advertising.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Se il tuo annuncio contiene delle keyword utilizzate nelle ricerca dell&#8217;utente, queste vengono evidenziate automaticamente tramite il grassetto, rendendo l&#8217;annuncio più efficace, aumentando il CTR.</strong> Quando scrivi i tuoi annunci ricordati di questo dettaglio. Per essere sicuro di sfruttare al massimo questa funzionalità, dividi in maniera appropriata i gruppi di annunci per tipologie di keyword.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Un altro trucco per aumentare il CTR e l&#8217;efficacia dei tuoi annunci è quella di utilizzare il <strong>DKI (Dynamic Keyword Insertion)</strong>. Questo è uno strumento che ti permette di inserire la keyword utilizzata dall&#8217;utente all&#8217;interno del tuo annuncio attraverso la sintassi <em>{KeyWord:Testo alternativo}</em>. Se la keyword è troppo lunga Google provvederà a inserire il testo alternativo da te indicato dopo &#8220;<em>Keyword:</em>&#8220;.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Solitamente si consiglia di utilizzare il DKI nel titolo. E&#8217; quasi sempre molto efficace, ma ricordati di testare in contemporanea un annuncio con il DKI e uno senza per vedere quale performa meglio.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A volte l&#8217;annuncio con il DKI è sconsigliato, soprattutto quando tutti gli advertiser utilizzano il DKI con le tue stesse keyword. A quel punto non usarlo renderebbe il tuo annuncio diverso dagli altri e probabilmente più efficace.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ancora una volta, non c&#8217;è nulla di meglio di un buon test per scoprire quale strategia è quella vincente.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Online esistono degli &#8220;autorisponditori&#8221; che sono utilizzati per mandare messaggi diretti (DM) automatici ai nuovi followers su Twitter.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">L&#8217;idea potrebbe sembrare interessante, ma in realtà è molto rischiosa perché anche se si utilizza questo strumento in maniera &#8220;intelligente&#8221; i messaggi diretti automatici rimaranno sempre &#8220;robotici&#8221;.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Gli utenti non sono su Twitter per dialogare con dei robot… alla fine stiamo sempre parlando di Social Media no?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In Italia e nel resto del mondo i DM automatici sono sempre più utilizzati dalle aziende, spesso in maniera del tutto controproduttiva.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pur essendo contro l&#8217;utilizzo di questa strategia di Twitter Marketing, voglio condividere <strong>cinque raccomandazioni che potrebbero aiutare a rendere questi messaggi &#8220;robotici&#8221; un po&#8217; più efficienti.<span id="more-453"></span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Potrei stare qui ore a scrivere un articolo su come dovrebbero essere i messaggi diretti, facendoti capire che gli utenti su Twitter non amano essere assillati con messaggi diretti con scopi strettamente &#8220;pubblicitari&#8221; o &#8220;autoreferenziali&#8221;. Con il primo punto penso di aver eliminato ogni forma di SPAM possibile con l&#8217;uso di questo strumento:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1)</strong> <strong>NON inserire link all&#8217;interno dei tuoi DM automatici.</strong> Qualsiasi link all&#8217;interno del primo messaggio può essere visto come spam dall&#8217;utente che ti ha appena dato la sua fiducia con un follow. Sicuramente ora stai pensando, &#8220;<em>e allora che me ne faccio del DM automatico se non posso portare l&#8217;utente a cliccare un link?</em>&#8221; Giusta osservazione. Il DM di ringraziamento deve servire per fidelizzare con l&#8217;utente, non per portarlo a fare un&#8217;azione dopo appena 30 secondi che ti ha concesso il suo &#8220;follow&#8221;!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2)</strong> Se devi per forza mandare un DM automatico, cerca almeno di <strong>dare un valore aggiunto al tuo messaggio</strong>. Che senso ha mandare un DM solo per dire &#8220;Grazie per il tuo follow&#8221;? Se devi ringraziare puoi sempre usare il messaggio pubblico.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3)</strong> Misura la media dei tuoi &#8220;unfollow&#8221; prima e dopo l&#8217;attivazione dei DM automatici. In questo modo potrai capire sei i tuoi DM automatici danno fastidio e portano gli utenti a fare l&#8217;unfollow. Puoi fare questo utilizzando il tool <a href="http://twittercounter.com/">Twitter Counter</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>4)</strong> Usa il DM per creare engagement con il tuo utente che ha deciso di seguirti. Ecco due esempi:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- <em>Grazie per il tuo follow &#8220;nomeutente&#8221;. Mi piacerebbe conoscerti un po&#8217; meglio. Di cosa ti occupi?</em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- <em>Ciao &#8220;nomeutente&#8221;, grazie per il follow. Mi occupo di Marketing, ti interesserebbe scambiare due parole sul tema?</em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>5)</strong> Se fai delle domande, si pronto a rispondere. E&#8217; inutile creare engagement se poi non si coltiva la socializzazione creata.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Se riesci a mettere in pratica questi cinque consigli, il DM automatico può essere sfruttato bene, altrimenti ti sconsiglio vivamente l&#8217;utilizzo.</p>
